This class is taught by:
A  how to clinic to bring you better results, better form and more enjoyable workouts. Learn our functional movement patterns and how to use the TRX Suspension trainer. This class lasts 45 minutes and you will get hands-on instruction and personal feedback in a small group format. You will end with a bonus 20 minute workout practicing your improved form.
