Ara Keshishian

Ara Keshishian Siraki began his fitness career at the age of 16 when he took up competitive water polo. During his five years in wopo, he naturally became an avid swimmer while also fostering an interest in martial arts. As a young adult, Ara pursued that interest and earned his second degree black belt in Krav Maga—a self-defense and street-fighting martial arts utilized by the Israeli military. Also practiced in Judo and Aikido, he mixes elements of all three into his workouts creating a unique, hybrid regimen that clients swear by because it targets the entire body. His favorite exercise is the muscle up and over the past 16 months he’s been participating in running half marathons. He is a certified trainer from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and a qualified TRX trainer. To get a sense of what makes him tick: Ara loves Led Zeppelin, his mini Pincher, and Batman and is awaiting his opportunity to compete on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior.
